Celebrate Black History Month at the Zoo! Join us for fun craft making, educational activities, and an interactive Black History Live program with Culture Queen.

This event is free with Zoo admission or membership.

What to expect:

• 10:00 – 3:30: Kids Craft station, Education Stations, and face painting
• 11:00 – 12:00: Join Grammy-nominated children’s entertainer, author, and educator, Culture Queen, for a fun and interactive Black History Month program

Throughout the Zoo:

• Photo ops with Zoo mascots
• Train rides
• Carousel rides
• Wildlife Quest VR Experience ($)
• Face painting ($)
• Keeper Chats
• Penguin Feeding Narrations at 10:30 AM and 3:30 PM
• Animal Ambassadors
• Goat grooming
