BALTIMORE, MD – Get Holly-Jolly at the Maryland Zoo this November and December with a packed schedule of seasonal events between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.

Major events for kids and adults include:
- Holly Days – Each Holly Days weekend, from Friday, November 29 through Tuesday December 31, offers a different way to enjoy the season – from a Santa & Friends kickoff to celebrations of Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and a New Year’s Day ball drop at noon just for kids. Holly Days events are free with Zoo admission and include unlimited train & carousel rides, holiday-themed education stations, chats with Zookeepers, storytimes, craft stations, and much-much more.
- Santa & Friends Kickoff to Holly Days – Friday, 11/29 – Sunday, 12/1.
- Who’s in Zooville – Saturday, 12/7 – Sunday 12/8.
- Wildly Jolly – Saturday, 12/14 – Sunday, 12/15.
- Sensory Holly Day with Santa & Friends – Friday, 12/20.
- Frozen Wild – Saturday, 12/21 – Sunday, 12/22.
- Santa & Friends – Monday, 12/23 – Tuesday 12/24.
- Kwanzaa – Thursday, 12/26.
- Hanukkah – Friday, 12/27.
- Felices Fiestas – Saturdays & Sundays from 12/1 through 12/22,
- Purple Pride Day – Sunday, 12/29.
- Animals in Wintertime – Monday, 12/30.
- New Year’s Eve at Noon – Tuesday, 12/31.
- Brunch with Santa Presented by Orrstown Bank – Each Sunday from December first through the 22nd, families can enjoy a brunch buffet on the Zoo’s Mansion House Porch before settling in to create unique seasonal crafts. A special feathered friend will stop by (an African penguin). Then, when the bells begin to jingle, Kris Kringle is on his way! Brunch tickets include same-day Zoo admission.
- Winter Solstice Yoga – Take a break from the holiday bustle to calm your mind and strengthen your body this December 21 with a 60-minute Vinyasa-style yoga class designed for beginner and intermediate yogis.
- Daily events at Maryland Zoo include animal keeper chats, conservation activities, storytime and nature play, and education stations that help children explore the world around us.
